摘要
为客观准确地评价11个花生品种在鄂北地区夏播种植的适应性,对其农艺性状、生育期、产量性状、品质性状等指标进行调查测定,并应用主成分分析法对其适应性进行综合评价。结果表明,主成分分析中前6个主成分因子的累计方差贡献率达90.064%,并以此构建适应性综合评价模型,筛选出综合得分较高的适宜鄂北地区夏播种植的品种有中花16、天府22、宁泰9922、中花215、湘花645。11个品种聚类分析为3个类群,各类群间农艺性状存在较大差异,第一类群品种与主成分分析得分较高品种基本一致。综合主成分分析和聚类分析结果,可以更准确地进行客观评价,有利于品种引进和筛选。
In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the adaptability of 11 peanut varieties planted in summer in northern Hubei,the agronomic traits,growth period,yield traits and quality traits were investigated,the adaptability was evaluated by principal component analysis.The results showed that,accumulated variance contribution of the top 6 factors reached 90.064%,based on this,an adaptive comprehensive evaluation model was constructed.The suitable summer planting in northern Hubei province with high comprehensive score was selected,including Zhonghua 16,Tianfu 22,Ningtai 9922,Zhonghua 215 and Xianghua 645.The cluster analysis of 11 varieties was divided into 3 groups,there were great differences in agronomic traits between groups,and the first group was basically consistent with the higher score of principal component analysis.Comprehensive results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis can make a more accurate evaluation.It is conducive to the variety introduction and selection.
