竹木工艺筷物理力学性能试验分析 被引量:1

Experiment and Analysis on Physical and Mechanical Properties of Bamboo and Wood Chopsticks

摘要 本文对47种竹木工艺筷的含水率、尺寸偏差、弯曲量、耐热水、耐热油、折断和跌落等物理力学性能进行了试验。结果表明,竹木工艺筷的含水率在7%~16%之间,其中木质工艺筷的含水率最高,其次是本色竹质工艺筷、炭化竹质工艺筷;竹木工艺筷的长度偏差基本在±2.0 mm以内,大头端面和小头端面的尺寸偏差均在±0.20mm以内。竹木工艺筷有较好的尺寸稳定性,弯曲量均<0.60 mm,其中木质工艺筷相对优于竹质工艺筷;竹木工艺筷的折断和跌落性能优异;未漆饰竹木工艺筷比漆饰竹木工艺筷有更好的耐热水和耐热油性能,其中漆饰竹质工艺筷耐热水和耐热油性能相对较差;经60min水煮试验和60min热油试验后,未漆饰竹木工艺筷均未出现变形、变色、起毛等现象。建议在高温条件下尽量使用未漆饰竹木工艺筷。 Determinations were implemented on physical and mechanical properties of 47 batches bamboo and wood chopsticks made by different factories.The results showed that the moisture content of bamboo and wood chopsticks ranged from 7%to 16%,wood chopsticks had the highest moisture content,followed by natural bamboo chopsticks and carbonized bamboo chopsticks.The length tolerance of bamboo and wood chopsticks was within±2.0 mm,and the size tolerance of head and tail end was less than±0.20 mm.Bamboo and wood chopsticks had curvature less than 0.60 mm,and last ones were relatively better than bamboo ones.Bamboo and wood chopsticks had excellent fracture and drop performance.Unpainted bamboo and wood chopsticks had better hot-water and hot-oil resistance performance than painted ones.Test of 60 minutes hot-water and hot-oil demonstrated that unpainted bamboo and wood chopsticks had no deformation,discoloration and prickle.
