摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合鼻用激素治疗腺样体肥大患儿的疗效。方法选取2019年12月-2020年12月收治的80例腺样体肥大患儿,使用随机数字表分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿使用鼻用激素治疗,研究组患儿使用孟鲁司特钠联合鼻用激素治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果、治疗前后睡眠障碍评分、腺样体厚度/鼻咽宽度(A/N)比值、症状评分及疾病复发情况。结果研究组患儿治疗总有效率(97.50%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003)。治疗后,对照组患儿睡眠障碍评分为(10.57±2.10)分,研究组患儿睡眠障碍评分为(5.69±1.02)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-13.220,P=0.000)。治疗后,对照组A/N比值为(0.65±0.03),研究组A/N比值为(0.50±0.02),两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=26.312,P=0.000)。治疗后,对照组症状评分为(3.37±0.33)分,研究组症状评分为(2.05±0.26)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=19.872,P=0.000)。治疗3个月后,对照组患儿复发率(47.50%)显著高于研究组(17.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.205,P=0.004)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合鼻用激素治疗腺样体肥大患儿的疗效较好,可以提升总有效率,改善睡眠质量,降低A/N比值,降低复发率。
Objective To observe the curative effect of montelukast sodium combined with intranasal administered corticosteroids in treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,80 children with adenoid hypertrophy were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The children in control group were treated with intranasal administered corticosteroids,the children in study group were treated with montelukast sodium combined with intranasal administered corticosteroids.The therapeutic effects,sleep disorder scores,adenoid thickness/nasopharyngeal width(A/N)ratios,symptom scores before and after treatment,and disease recurrence rates in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that in control group(75.00%)(χ^(2)=8.538,P=0.003).After treatment,sleep disorder score in control group was(10.57±2.10),sleep disorder score in study group was(5.69±1.02),there was statistically significant difference(t=-13.220,P=0.000).After treatment,A/N ratio in control group was(0.65±0.03),A/N ratio in study group was(0.50±0.02),there was statistically significant difference(t=26.312,P=0.000).After treatment,symptom score in control group was(3.37±0.33),symptom score in study group was(2.05±0.26),there was statistically significant difference(t=19.872,P=0.000).After three months of treatment,the recurrence rate in control group was 47.50%,which was significantly higher than that in study group(17.50%)(χ^(2)=8.205,P=0.004).Conclusion The curative effect of montelukast sodium combined with intranasal administered corticosteroids in treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy is good,the therapy can increase total effective rate,improve sleep quality,reduce A/N ratio and recurrence rate.
