煤巷掘探支运一体化快速作业线应用技术 被引量:8

摘要 通过掘探一体机、交错式掘进临时支护装置、自移机尾以及液压锚杆钻车等煤巷掘进、钻探、支护等关键环节相关装备引入及改进,构建了基于掘探支运一体化快速作业线基础上的巷道支护技术。在临时支护装置的掩护下,将巷道迎头全断面一次成巷工艺拆分为“掘进临时支护”和“补强永久支护”,大大缩短了支护占用工时。工程应用结果表明采用本技术巷道掘进进度达到499 m/月,进尺效率提升92%以上,取得了显著的社会和经济效益。 Through the introduction and improvement of key equipment in coal roadway excavation,drilling,support and other key links,such as excavation and exploration integrated machine,staggered excavation temporary support device,self moving belt conveyor tail and hydraulic anchor drill truck,the roadway support technology based on the integration of excavation,exploration,support and transportation is constructed.Under the cover of the temporary support device,the whole face of the roadway is divided into"temporary excavation support"and"reinforced permanent support",which greatly shortens the supporting time.The results of engineering application show that the monthly progress of roadway excavation with this technology has reached 499 m/month,the footage efficiency has been increased by more than 92%,and remarkable social and economic benefits have been achieved.
