摘要
针对黄陵矿业二号煤矿小煤柱留设宽度的问题,结合矿井留设宽煤柱存在的问题,以303工作面辅运巷为工程背景,采用理论计算得到煤柱尺寸为4~7 m是力学上的最优区域;运用数值模拟的手段对5~20 m内的区段煤柱一侧边缘应力和沿空侧巷道围岩进行模拟分析,建议煤柱宽度应在大于5 m、小于10 m的范围内。综合研究确定辅运巷煤柱宽度为7 m时即可保障巷道围岩稳定,也可提高煤炭效益。
In view of the problem of the width of small coal column retention in Huangling mining No.2 coal mine,combines the problems of retaining wide coal column in the mine,takes 303 work face auxiliary transportation lane as the engineering background,and uses theoretical calculation to calculate that the size of coal column is the optimal area of mechanical.Using numerical simulation means to simulate the edge stress on the side of the coal column in the section within 5 to 20 m and the surrounding rock along the empty side laneway,it is suggested that the width of the coal column should be in the range greater than 5 m and less than 10 m.The comprehensive study determines that when the width of the coal column of auxiliary transportation lane is 7 m,it can guarantee the stability of the roadway surrounding rock and also improve the coal efficiency.
