密实度对沥青混合料力学性能影响分析

摘要 通过改变马歇尔击实次数,制备不同压实度下的沥青混合料试件,研究不同密度时混合料试件的体积参数、力学性能、高温稳定性及水稳定性的变化规律。结果表明:随着沥青混合料压实度的提高,试件密度逐渐增加,空隙逐渐减小;马歇尔稳定度、抗压强度、劈裂强度、单轴贯入抗剪强度均得到明显改善。 Asphalt mixture specimens with different compactness were prepared by changing Marshall compaction times, in order to study the variation law of the volume parameter, mechanical property, high temperature stability and water stability of the mixtures at different densities. The study results showed that, with the increasing compactness of asphalt mixtures, the specimen density increased gradually, and the void became smaller. The Marshall stability, compressive strength, splitting strength and uniaxial penetration shear strength were improved obviously.
