呼气末CO_(2)测量结果偏低的影响因素分析

摘要 该研究介绍了呼气末CO_(2)(ETCO_(2))测量技术的重要性及其在临床使用中的指导意义,重点阐述了深圳迈瑞生物医疗电子股份有限公司(以下简称迈瑞公司)旁流式ETCO_(2)测试模块测量的技术原理,并针对手术室医护人员反馈的ETCO_(2)测量结果偏低的问题,结合产品的设计原理及实际临床场景进行了原因分析,并提出了相关纠正措施,且经过为期3个月的现场调研及随访,临床端反馈纠正措施有效,为使用迈瑞公司ETCO_(2)测量技术的手术室医护人员排查ETCO_(2)测量结果偏低相关问题提供了重要参考,对患者进行有效的ETCO_(2)参数监测及医师参考该结果进行相关病症的准确诊断具有重要的意义。 This study introduced the importance of end-tidal carbon dioxide(ETCO_(2))measurement technology and its directive significance in clinical use,mainly illustrated the technical principles of side-steam ETCO_(2) measurement technology of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co.,Ltd(hereafter refined to as Mindray Corporation).In terms of the low ETCO_(2) measurement feedback from medical staff,depending on the design principles of the product and actually clinical scenarios,the causes were analyzed and the relative corrective measures were put forward.After on-site investigation and follow-up for three months,the corrective measures were turned out to be effective.The study provided an important reference for troubleshooting related problems with Mindray side-steam module low ETCO_(2) measurement results for medical staff and it was of great significance for effective ETCO_(2) monitoring on patients and accurate diagnosis referring to the ETCO_(2) results for doctors.
