可视化生信教学在“肿瘤信号转导”教学中的应用初探

摘要 “肿瘤信号转导”一直是“肿瘤病理生物学”教学的重点和难点,可视化生物信息学教学模式以生物信息学在线数据库为教学资源平台,借助可视化图片、三维模式图等讲解肿瘤信号转导的定义、经典通路,并分析靶向药物作用机制及临床常用靶向药物等内容。通过在线数据库分析,增加了师生间的交流互动,学生学习主动性明显提高。多数学生认为该教学模式可以为研究生课题设计提供思路和方法,并有助于将所学内容联系临床,实现基础理论学习和临床医疗实践的相互促进。可视化生物信息学教学模式不仅能提高教学效果,将授课内容与临床实践相结合,还可为医学研究生课题设计提供思路和方法,值得在研究生教学中推广应用。 “Tumor signal transduction”is a key and difficult point in the teaching of Tumor Pathbiology course.The teaching model of Visualized Bioinformatics takes the online database of bioinformatics as the teaching resource platform,explains the definition of“tumor signal transduction”,classic pathways,and analyzes the mechanism of targeted drugs and clinical commonly used targeted drugs by using visualized pictures and three-dimensional model diagrams derived from the online bioinformatics database.Through the online database analysis,the communication and interaction between teachers and students are increased,and the students’learning initiative is significantly improved.Most students believe that this teaching model can provide ideas and methods for their project design,and it can help to connect the content of learning with clinical practice,and realize the mutual promotion of basic theoretical learning and clinical medical practice.The Visual Bioinformatics teaching model can not only improve the teaching effect,combine the content with clinical practice,but also provide ideas and methods for project design for medical postgraduates,which is worthy of promotion and application in graduate teaching.
