摘要
目的分析PBL教学法在门诊护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取该院2019年6月—2020年5月门诊护理实习生106名,根据护理带教教学法进行分组,对照组(53名,常规门诊护理带教)和观察组(53名,应用PBL教学法实行门诊部护理带教)。比较护生带教满意度、考核成绩、核心能力评分、学习态度评分、学习能力评分。结果观察组护理实习生的礼仪规范、理论知识、操作技能考核成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生的专业态度、护理实践、疾病信息管理、沟通协调能力、评判性思维、专业发展能力等核心能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生的学习态度评分、学习能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理实习生对实施过程、讨论分组、老师素质、教学案例、教学方法的满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL教学法开展门诊护理带教,可改善护理实习生的学习态度,提高其学习能力,从而提高护理实习生的护理实习考核成绩、核心能力及护理带教满意度,可显著提高门诊护理带教教学质量。
Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching method in outpatient nursing teaching.Methods A total of 106 outpatient nursing interns in the hospital from June 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to their nursing teaching methods,the control group(53 interns,conventional outpatient nursing teaching)and the observation group(53 interns,using PBL teaching method to implement nursing teaching in outpatient department).Compare nursing students'teaching satisfaction,assessment scores,core competence scores,learning attitude scores,and learning ability scores.Results The evaluation scores of etiquette,theoretical knowledge,and operational skills of the nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing interns in the observation group had professional attitudes,nursing practice,disease information management,communication and coordination skills,critical thinking,professional development ability and other core competence scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing interns'scores of learning attitude and learning ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction of nursing interns on the implementation process,discussion groups,teacher quality,teaching cases,and teaching methods was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method to carry out outpatient nursing teaching can improve the learning attitude and learning ability of nursing interns,thereby improving the nursing internship assessment results,core competence and satisfaction of nursing teaching,which can significantly improve outpatient nursing quality of nursing teaching.
