摘要
目的探索在神经外科对应护理带教工作中采取目标管理方法的教学价值。方法将2019年1—10月在该院神经外科接受实习的32名护理专业实习学生作为参照组,选用常规管理方法实行护理带教,并将2020年1—10月在该院神经外科接受实习的32名护理专业实习学生作为研究组,选用目标管理方法实行护理带教,记录护理专业实习学生神经外科相关理论基础知识、神经外科有关实践操作能力、沟通方面能力、处理问题方面能力、病历书写方面能力考查分数值、认为能提升学习方面兴趣人数、认为能培养职业素养人数、认为能提升解决问题方面能力人数、认为能提升学习方面主动性人数、对于神经外科相关护理方面带教满意情况。结果研究组神经外科相关理论基础知识考、有关实践操作能力、沟通方面能力、处理问题方面能力、病历书写方面能力考查得分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组认为能提升学习方面兴趣、认为能培养职业素养、认为能提升解决问题方面能力、认为能提升学习方面主动性人数均多于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对于神经外科相关护理方面带教满意情况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科对应护理带教工作中选择目标管理方法展示出较好教学效果。
Objective To explore the teaching value of the goal management method in the corresponding nursing teaching work in neurosurgery.Methods The report uses 32 nursing internship students in the neurosurgery department of this hospital from January to October 2019 as the reference group.This group used conventional management methods to implement nursing education,and 32 nursing intern students who received internships in the Department of Neurosurgery of this hospital from January to October 2020 were used as the study group.This group chose the target management method to implement nursing teaching and recorded the nerves of the nursing students.Surgery related theoretical basic knowledge,related practical operation ability,communication ability,problem handling ability,medical record writing ability test score value,number of people who think it can increase interest in learning,number of people who believe that they can cultivate professional quality,those who believe that they can improve their ability to solve problems,those who believe that they can improve their initiative in learning,and are satisfied of neurosurgery-related nursing education.Results In the study group,the neurosurgery related theoretical basic knowledge,related practical operation ability,communication ability,problem handling ability,medical record writing ability test scores were all higher than to the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group believes that the number of people interested in learning can be increased,the number of people who believe that it can cultivate professional quality,the number of people who believe that it can improve the ability to solve problems,and the number of people who believe that it can improve the initiative of learning were all higher than reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the study group,the satisfaction of the neurosurgery-related nursing teaching was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing the target management method in the corresponding nursing teaching work in neurosurgery shows a good teaching effect.
