摘要
武汉市某临时污水处理厂设计规模为2×10^(4)m^(3)/d,采用高密度沉淀池/BAF处理工艺,处理出水用作清水补给明渠,详细介绍了该工程的工艺流程、设备参数及运营情况。经过4个月的运行调试,结果表明,在进水平均COD为78.8mg/L,进水NH_(3)-N、TP平均质量浓度分别为26.5、2.6mg/L的情况下,出水平均COD为14.2mg/L,出水NH_(3)-N、TP平均质量浓度为2.6、0.3mg/L,出水指标稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918—2002)一级A标准。该工艺具有运行稳定、占地面积小、耐冲击负荷能力强、自动化程度高、处理效率高等优点,可供相关污水处理工程参考。
The temporary sewage treatment plant in Wuhan adopted high-density sedimentation tank/BAF treatment process with the total processing scale of 2×10^(4)m^(3)//d,introduced the technological process,equipment parameters and operation of the project.It's effluent could be reused as fresh water to supply an open channel.After 4 months of operation and commission,the results showed that the average concentrations of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP in the influent were 78.8 mg/L,26.5 mg/L,2.6 mg/L.average concentrations respectively reduced 14.2 mg/L,2.6 mg/L,0.3 mg/L in the effluent,the effluent quality meets the first level A criteria specified in the"Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant"(GB 18918—2002).The process has the advantages of efficiency and reliability,small footprint,high degree of resistance to shock loading and automation operation,which can be used as reference for related sewage treatment projects.
