摘要
该文通过分析国际标准ISO 10094,确定表征电-气压力控制阀流量压力特性的关键参数和测试方法,搭建一套流量压力特性则试的试验台,以某典型电-气压力控制阀为对象进行流量压力特性则试试验,对试验数据进行分析,从而验证ISO 10094标准相关方法的可行性,为国内电-气压力控制阀流量压力特性试验及标准制订提供参考。
In this paper,the key parameters and test methods characterizing the flow and pressure characteristics of electro-pneumatic pressure control valves are determined by analyzing the ISO10094,and a set of test-bed for flow and pressure characteristics is set up.The flow and pressure characteristics of a typical electro-pneumatic pressure control valve are tested,and the test data are analyzed to verify the feasibility of ISO10094 related methods.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the flow and pressure characteristic test and standard formulation of domestic electro-pneumatic pressure control valves.
