团体积极心理干预对护理本科生压力、心理弹性和主观幸福感的影响 被引量:5

Positive psychology group intervention for stress,resilience and subjective well-being in undergraduate nursing students

摘要 目的:探究以积极心理学为理念的团体干预对护理本科生压力、心理弹性和主观幸福感的影响。方法:选取64名护理本科生随机分为试验组(31名)和对照组(33名)。对照组进行常规心理健康教育,试验组进行为期8周的团体积极心理干预。在干预前、干预刚结束、干预后第3个月、干预后第6个月,使用大学生压力量表、中文版CD-RISC心理弹性量表和主观幸福感量表进行测量。结果:干预刚结束时、干预后3个月和干预第6个月试验组心理弹性和主观幸福感的改善程度均优于对照组,干预后不同时间点试验组的压力得分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团体积极心理干预可提升护理本科生心理弹性和主观幸福感水平,缓解压力,且具有持久的干预效应。 Objective:To explore the effects of positive psychology interventions(PPIs)on undergraduate nursing students’stress,resilience and subjective well-being.Methods:Based on the theory of positive psychology,the research team developed a positive psychology intervention plan for undergraduate nursing students.A total of 64 nursing students were recruited in the study by sampling.Of the 64 students,31 were randomly assigned to the experimental group with PPIs for 8 weeks,and 33 were randomly assigned to control group only with delivered PHE.The College Student Stress Scale,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Subjective Well-Being Scale were measured in all subjects at four time points,before intervention and after eight-week intervention,as well as 3 months and 6 months later.Results:The nursing students who had received the positive psychological group intervention had significantly higher score than that of the control group in resilience and subjective well-being,and the stress score of the experimental group at different time points after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The positive psychological group intervention can improve resilience and subjective well-being and relieve stress of the nursing students,and has a lasting intervention effect.
