盐胁迫对黄果厚壳桂幼苗荧光和生理特性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为探究黄果厚壳桂的耐盐能力,采用水培方法,用不同浓度的NaCl(0、50、100、150 mmol/L)处理1年生幼苗,通过测定叶片的相关生理指标,分析不同浓度盐胁迫下黄果厚壳桂的活性氧代谢、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光特性的响应变化。结果表明,盐胁迫处理的黄果厚壳桂叶片中MDA含量显著升高,且随着盐浓度的升高而增加;SOD、POD活性出现先增后降的趋势;叶绿素含量、Fm、Fv/Fm呈下降趋势,而叶片荧光参数Fo、NPQ呈上升趋势。可见,黄果厚壳桂对低浓度(50 mmol/L)盐胁迫表现出一定的抗性,但当NaCl浓度增大时(100 mmol/L),其细胞膜结构及叶绿体结构的受损程度较重。 In this study,1 year old seedlings of Cryptocarya concinna were treated with 1/2 Hoagland culture medium containing different NaCl concentrations(0,50,100,150 mmol/L)to explore the salt tolerance.The physiological characteristics in the leaves were determined,and then analyzed the changes of reactive oxygen metabolism,chlorophyll content and fluorescence characteristics of Cryptocarya concinna seedlings under different salt stress.The results showed the MDA content under salt treatment was higher than the control and positive correlation with NaCl concentration.The SOD and POD enzyme activities in the leaves increased first and then decreased.Compared to the control,the chlorophyll content,Fm and Fv/Fm decreased,and Fo and NPQ increased under salt stress.Overall,Cryptocarya concinna showed certain resistance to 50 mmol/L low concentration salt stress,but when NaCl concentration increased to 100 mmol/L,the damage degree of cell membrane structure and chloroplast mechanism was more serious.
