摘要 针对现有转速标准装置校准转速传感器时存在的工作效率低、测量范围小和易引入读数误差等缺点,研制一款多通道转速传感器校准装置。该装置基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,重点设计调理电路对多个通道传感器不同输出信号进行归一化处理。实现多通道数据采集、宽量程转速信号高准确度测量、校准记录和证书自动生成等功能。转速测量下限从20 r/min延伸至2 r/min,测量不确定度Ur=7×10^(–7)(k=2)。通过量值比对和量值溯源的方式,验证该装置的计量性能和功能均满足设计要求,且具有良好的适用性和可靠性。在转速计量领域取得技术性应用成果。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing speed standard device,such as low working efficiency,small measuring range and easy introduction of reading error,a multi-channel speed sensor calibration device was developed.The device is based on the LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and focuses on designing a conditioning circuit to normalize the different output signals of multiple channel sensors.The functions of multi-channel data acquisition,high-accuracy measurement of wide-range speed signals,calibration records and automatic certificate generation are realized.The lower limit of speed measurement extends from 20 r/min to 2 r/min,and the measurement uncertainty is Ur=7×10^(–7)(k=2).By means of value comparison and value traceability,it is verified that the measurement performance and function of the device meet the design requirements,and have good applicability and reliability.Technical application results have been achieved in the field of speed measurement.
