摘要
为探究不同倍性云南山茶种子的生物学特性,以3种不同倍性的山茶种子为研究材料,对种子表型性状及萌发指标进行观测分析。结果表明,不同倍性的居群生物学特性存在显著差异(p<0.05),含水量与海拔呈显著正相关(r=0.763);不同倍性云南山茶发芽率与海拔高度呈负相关(r=-0.45),平均发芽时间与海拔高度呈显著正相关(r=0.841);3种倍性间萌发率较对照组差异显著(p<0.05)。随着海拔升高,低温层积处理的平均发芽时间逐渐变长,即呈极显著正相关(r=0.891,p<0.001);激素处理后,200 mg·L^(-1) GA3浸种24 h可使其二倍体种子发芽率达到70%且显著提高其发芽势并缩短发芽时间。四倍体发芽率远高于其他倍性,推测是由于海拔高度及杂交渗入等原因使得其萌发特性优于其他倍性。
In order to explore the biological characteristics of Camellia reticulata seeds with different ploidy seeds, three kinds of C. reticulata seeds with different ploidy as research materials to determine the experimental indicators and germination indexes. The results showed that there were significant differences in biological characteristics among C. reticulata populations with different ploidy(p<0.05), and there was a significant positive correlation between water content and altitude(r=0.763). The germination results by sand reservoir showed that the germination rate of C. reticulata seeds with different ploidy was negatively correlated with altitude(r=-0.45), while the mean germination time was positively correlated with altitude(r=0.841). And, the germination rate among C. reticulata with three ploidy was significantly higher than that of the control group(p<0.05). Additionally, the mean germination time in treated group with low-temperature stratification was gradually longer with the increase of altitude, and there was a extremely significant positive correla tion between the two(r=0.891,p<0.001).After hormone treatment,the germination rate of diploid C.reticulata seeds reached 70% with seed-soaking treatment with 200 mg·L^(-1) GA3 for 24 h,which significantly improved the germination potential and reduced the germination time.And,the germination rate of the seeds with tetraploidy was much higher than that of other ploidy,which was speculated that the germination characteristics in tetraploidy seeds were superior to other ploidy due to the altitude and hybridization infiltration.
