摘要
综述了国内外利用碳热还原氮化法、固相反应法、直接氮化法及放电等离子烧结法制备MgAlON材料的研究现状,并展望了MgAlON材料的发展方向。
The current research status of preparing MgAlON materials by carbon thermal nitriding method,solid phase reaction method,direct nitriding method and discharge plasma sintering method was reviewed in China and overseas,and the development direction of MgAlON materials was prospected.
