摘要
评定气候箱法测定人造板中甲醛释放量测量结果的不确定度。该法测量不确定度分量包括样品制备、吸光度测量、标准曲线拟合、采样体积、吸收液体积及测量重复性引入的不确定度。评定结果表明,标准曲线、采样体积及重复测试为主要不确定度来源,标准曲线引入的相对标准不确定度为2.81%,采样体积及重复测试引入的相对标准不确定度分别为1.85%、1.30%。当人造板中甲醛释放量为0.177 mg/m^(3)时,该法测定值的扩展不确定度为0.013 mg/m^(3)(k=2)。
The determination uncertainty of the release amount of formaldehyde in wood-based panels tested by climate chamber method was evaluated.The sources of uncertainty included the uncertainty introduced by sample preparation,absorbance,standard curve,sampling volume,absorption liquid volume and repeated tests.Standard curve,sampling volume and repeated test were proved to be the main sources of the uncertainty,which provided the relative standard uncertainties of 2.81%,1.85%and 1.30%,respectively.When the release amount of formaldehyde was 0.177 mg/m^(3),the relative expanded uncertainty introduced by this method was 0.013 mg/m^(3)(k=2).
