摘要
热连轧机阶梯垫组式下标高调整装置中的阶梯垫组会导致各架轧机轧制标高不一致,造成穿带困难或堆钢,阶梯垫窜动位置错误导致设备故障,带钢上脱落的氧化铁皮留在弧形板和阶梯垫之间,降低轧制精度。本文介绍了固定垫板式下标高调整装置,在下支承辊轴承座增加兼备密封和固定作用的裙板,采用液压抬升式换辊轨道,通过调整支承辊换辊装置中换辊鞍座的高度,使上下支承辊系和换辊鞍座从轧机内整体顺利的拉出和推入,满足支承辊换辊条件,优化支承辊换辊滑架结构,实现固定垫板的线上更换功能。固定垫板式下标高调整装置的应用效果好,对热连轧机设备升级改造、提高轧机稳定性具有实际意义。
The step pad set in the lower elevation adjustment device of the hot tandem mill will cause the rolling elevations of the rolling mills to be inconsistent,resulting in difficulty in strip feeding or the hot rolled strip piled up.The wrong position of the step pad led to equipment failure,and the oxide scale fall off the hot rolled strip stayed between the curved plate and the step pad,which reduced the rolling accuracy.This article introduces a fixed pad type lower elevation adjustment device,it addes a skirt plate that has both sealing and fixing functions in the lower support roller bearing seat.The hydraulic lifting type roll changing track is adopted.By adjusting the saddle height in the supporting roll changing device,the upper and lower supporting rolls and the roll changing saddle can be smoothly pull out or push in from the rolling mill to meet the requirements of the supporting roll changing.Meanwhile,the structure of the support roller change roller carriage is optimized,and online for the replacement fixed pad is realized,a good effects have been achieved in practical applications of fixed pad type lower elevation adjustment device,which is of practical significance to the upgrading of hot strip mill equipment and improving the stability of the rolling mill.
