摘要
医院实行疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)支付制度后,临床药师可以在药物安全性、有效性和经济性评估方面参与医院的DRG管理,通过辅助临床药品使用,监督落实药品合理使用,对超出DRG病组用药进行审查,参与制定临床路径的用药方案,利用药品使用审核软件开展前置审方,规范医师用药,保障临床用药科学、合理、经济,实现药学职能转变和药师价值。
After the hospital implements the diagnosis-related group(DRG)payment system,clinical pharmacists are involved in the DRG management in terms of drug safety,effectiveness,and economic evaluation in the hospital.They can assist in the use of clinical drugs,supervise the rational use of drugs,review the drug use out of DRGs,participate in the development of medication regimen of clinical pathways,pre-review prescriptions using drug use review software,standardize physicians’prescriptions,so that they ensure the scientific,rational,and economic use of drugs in clinical practice and realize the function transformation of pharmaceutical science and the value of pharmacists.
