摘要
医疗侵权治理体系与治理能力的现代化建设有助于医院依法处置医疗侵权事件,防控医疗过程中的违法违规行为,促使医务人员依法执业,树立医院依法治理的积极形象。医疗侵权治理体系以三级预防体系为导向,建立健全医疗侵权事前、事中和事后防控机制,规范知情同意决策过程,完善医疗侵权事件应急处置机制,实现科学预防、依法处置医疗侵权事件。
The key to promoting the modernization of the medical tort governance system lies in the systematization and scientificization of the governance structure.The core of establishing a"three-level prevention system for medical tort and promoting the modernization of medical tort governance capabilities lies in the modernization of the main body capabilities of hospitals(establishing the concept of legislative governance and enhancing team spirit),and improving the implementation and operation mechanisms(including support,supervision,quality improvement,rewards and punishment and other mechanisms).We should promote the management of hospitals and practice of medicine in accordance with the law to ensure the physical and mental health and safety of patients.
