摘要
家庭常被认为是最适合婴幼儿成长的空间,因此,在社会托育服务的建设阶段,能否放心地将3岁以下儿童送出家庭、交由专业照护者进行集体托育是影响有需家庭作出入托决策的重要障碍。以空间理论为视角,亲密性空间为研究框架,通过分析B市一家托育机构的建设过程,探索解决当下公共托育制度与私人抚育文化间冲突的机构建设路径。研究发现,建设集家庭—机构—社区于一体的亲密性托育空间能有效满足家庭对社会照护服务的个性化与情感性需求,提升家长对托育服务的信任程度。该路径需由经营者、育婴师、家长、幼儿、社区等众多行动者共同参与,推动机构从物质空间上嵌入城市与社区生活、从精神空间上复制家庭教养、从社会空间中营造关系密切的育儿支持网络。
Family is often considered to be the most suitable space for the growth of infants.Therefore,in the stage the construction of social care service system,whether infants under 3 years old can be safely sent out of the family for collective care by professional caregivers is an essential obstacle to the decision-making of families in need.From the perspective of space theory and taking intimate space as the research framework,this paper explores the institutional construction path to solve the conflict between the current public nurseries system and private nurseries culture by analyzing the construction process of a nurser-ies institution in Beijing.The study found that the construction of intimate care space integrated with families,institutions and communities can effectively meet the family's personalized and emotional needs for social care services,and enhance the trust of parents in the care services.This path needs the participation of operators,nursery masters,parents,infants,community and many other actors to promote institutions to embed in the life of city and community in the material space,copies family education in the spiritual space,and creates a close parenting support network in the social space.
