摘要
近年,为取得更好的开发效果,水平井的开发数量逐渐增多,水平段长度也不断增加,对随钻设备及技术的要求也越来越高,常规的随钻测井系统已很难满足复杂储层超长水平段的水平井施工。随着随钻测井技术的发展,旋转导向系统近几年的应用逐渐增多,取得良好的应用效果。介绍了AutoTrak旋转导向系统在复杂井况下能提供的多种技术手段:利用方位伽马成像测井技术完成地质导向,利用电阻率、井底压力参数分析裂缝漏层,利用全程复合钻进技术实现水平段长度最大程度延伸等。旋转导向技术在长庆油田低孔隙度低渗透率页岩油区块获得应用,成功完成中国陆地最长水平段施工。
In recent years,in order to achieve better development results,the number of horizontal wells has been gradually increasing,and the length of horizontal section has also been increasing.The requirements for logging-while-drilling equipment and technology have also become higher and higher.The conventional logging-while-drilling system has been difficult to meet the requirements of horizontal well construction in the ultralong horizontal well section of complex reservoirs.With the development of logging-while-drilling technology,the application of rotary steerable system has gradually increased in recent years,and good application effects have been achieved.This paper introduces the various technical methods that AutoTrak rotary steerable system can provide under complex well conditions:using azimuth gamma imaging logging technology to complete geo-steering,using resistivity and bottom hole pressure parameters to analyze fractures and leaking layers,using whole process of compound drilling to achieve the maximum extension of the horizontal section length,and so on.Rotary steerable technology has been applied in the low-porosity and low-permeability shale oil block of Changqing oilfield and successfully completed the construction of the longest horizontal section on land in China.
