摘要
水苏糖是一种天然存在于植物中的功能性低聚糖,具有改善肠道菌群结构的功效。目前工业上制备水苏糖存在纯度低、成本高、效率低的问题。基于水苏糖制备工艺的发展现状,分别从水苏糖的提取、纯化两方面讨论不同制备工艺的优劣性,以期为工业化生产水苏糖的相关研究工作提供参考。
Stachyose is a type of functional oligosaccharide that naturally exists in plants,may improve intestinal flora composition. At present,the industrial stachyose preparation process faces problems of low purity,high cost,and low efficiency. Based on the development of stachyose preparation methods. The advantages and disadvantages of two aspects of existing preparation technologies(extraction and purification)were discussed to provide a frame of reference for analyses of research related to improving industrial stachyose production.
