摘要 为得到深海工况下轻质高强度复合材料箱体设计方案,运用有限元软件ABAQUS,基于最大应力准则使用FORTRAN语言编写用户材料子程序(UMAT),建立了1 MPa压力下T700碳纤维复合材料箱体的强度仿真模型。通过对箱体的加强筋设计、外形设计和铺层结构设计,以及使用分级递进优化设计方法对其结构进行优化,最终得到了轻质化高强度的压力下箱体设计方案。优化仿真分析结果表明:复合材料箱体采用井字框加强筋和圆角过渡外形设计时,能够有效增加结构强度,减少箱体质量。 In order to get the design scheme of lightweight and high strength composite box under deep sea conditions,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to write the user material subroutine(UMAT)in FORTRAN language based on the maximum stress criterion.The strength simulation model of T700 carbon fiber composite box under 1 MPa pressure was established.Through the box body reinforcement design,appearance design and layer structure design,and the use of progressive hierarchical optimization design method to optimize its structure,finally an high strength under the pressure of the box body design was obtained.The optimization simulation results show that the composite material is employed in enclosure frame stiffener and transition fillet shape design,which could effectively increase the structural strength and reduce the housing quality.
