亲和力视域下高校思想政治理论课的教学实践探析

摘要 亲和性是当代高校思政课教学人文性的重要体现,以亲和性理念为指导构建恰当的话语体系和创新教育模式,能实现高校思想政治理论课教和学的深度互动。高校思政课教师的亲和力主要由职业情感、知识素养、话语体系、教学方法、职业态度五个要素构成。要建立师生间的良性互动、创设喜闻乐见的教学模式、注重学生思想动向的引导等,以强化高校思政课的教学针对性、转变教学方法的单一性、化解教学内容的抽象性,贯彻思政课教师的“六个要”要求,从学生感受性出发使亲和力在高校思政课教学中得到升华。 Affinity is an important embodiment of the humanistic nature of ideological and political course teaching in contemporary colleges and universities. To construct an appropriate discourse system and innovative education model under the guidance of the concept of affinity can realize the deep interaction between teaching and learning of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Teacher’saffinityin the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is mainly composed of five elements: professional emotion, knowledge literacy, discourse system, teaching methods, and professional attitude. It is necessary to establish a benign interaction between teachers and students, create a well-known teaching model, and pay attention to the guidance of students' ideological trends, so as to strengthen the teaching pertinence of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, change the singlenessof teaching methods, and resolve the abstraction of teaching content, carry out the “six essentials” requirements of ideological and political teachers put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and start from the sensitivity of students so that affinity can be sublimated in the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.
