摘要
随着城市化建设和建筑行业的蓬勃发展,混凝土搅拌运输车已成为现代建筑行业必备的运输工具,继而涌现出许多了制造此种专用汽车的企业,市场竞争激烈。加之国家限超政策的出台,各地出现差异化的产品需求。为在竞争中立于不败之地,企业急需拥有一套能快速实现车型变化的开发设计系统,以适应市场多样化的需求。因此,上装的设计运用UG三维设计软件自顶向下的设计方法对部件建立函数表达式,完成搅拌车上装结构的整体参数化驱动建模,有效提高了企业搅拌车开发设计的效率。
With the rapid development of urbanization and construction industry,concrete mixer truck has become an indispensable transportation tool for modern construction industry.As a result,many manufacturers of such special purpose vehicles have emerged,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.In addition,with the introduction of the national super limit policy,there are differentiated and diversified product demands in various regions,In addition,with the national policy to limit overloading,there are differentiated and diversified product demands in different regions.In order to be in an invincible position in the competition,the enterprise urgently needs to have a set of design system which can quickly realize the change of vehicle models,so that the enterprise can adapt to the diversified needs of the market.In this paper,the top-down design method of UG three-dimensional design software is applied to the mixer design,and the function expression is established between the components to complete the overall parametric driving modeling of the mixer truck(chassis and mixer).This parametric modeling greatly improves the efficiency of the design of the mixer truck.
