摘要
免疫学实验是医学和生命科学领域重要的一门专业基础课,由于免疫学技术在临床和科研的各领域被广泛应用,是现代生命科学的支柱性技术,因此必须推动免疫学实验教学不断发展完善。针对免疫学学科特点,在实验教学过程中,教研组通过更新课程内容、改变教学模式、优化教学学时和完善考核方式等措施进行免疫学实验教学改革,以临床或科研的具体问题为导向,引导学生寻找解决问题的方法,培养科研思维,将理论与实践有效结合,提高学生对免疫学实验的兴趣,树立科研理念,为今后的临床和科研工作打下基础。
Immunology experiment is a vital professional and fundamental course in the fields of medical and life science since immunological technology is the supporting technology in modern life science with their widespread application in clinical and scientific researches. Therefore,it is indispensable to promote the continuous development and perfection of Immunology experimental teaching.According to characteristics of Immunology,we carried out reform of Immunology experimental teaching by updating curriculum content,changing teaching models,optimizing teaching hours and improving assessment methods,etc. Students were oriented to find solutions to specific clinical and scientific problems,which would help them in cultivating scientific research thinking,effectively combining theory with practice and stimulating students’ interests in immunological experiment,so as to lay the foundation for future clinical and scientific works.
