摘要
目的分析2011—2015年石嘴山市居民恶性肿瘤发病特征及变化趋势,为石嘴山市恶性肿瘤的防治提供基础数据及决策依据。方法收集石嘴山市2011—2015年恶性肿瘤发病资料,分别计算恶性肿瘤性别、年龄别、肿瘤别发病率、中国人口标化率(中标率)、0~74岁累积率及前10位恶性肿瘤发病顺位等;采用年度变化百分比(APC)分析发病率的变化趋势。结果2011—2015年石嘴山市恶性肿瘤发病率为198.80/10万,中标发病率为144.85/10万,累积发病率(0~74岁)为16.60%;年龄别发病率随年龄增长呈上升趋势(P<0.01),在0~39岁年龄段处于较低水平,40~岁组以后开始快速升高,80~岁组达到高峰;肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、乳腺癌位居石嘴山市恶性肿瘤发病率前5位;5年间发病率呈逐年上升趋势,APC为5.022%(P<0.01),男性发病率高于女性(P<0.01)。结论2011—2015年石嘴山市居民恶性肿瘤发病率低于全国水平,肺癌和消化系统癌症以及女性乳腺癌是威胁石嘴山市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤,40岁以上人群是恶性肿瘤的高危人群,是今后石嘴山市肿瘤防治工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the incidence characteristics and trends of cancers in Shizuishan City from 2011 to 2015,and to provide basic data and decision-making basis for the prevention and treatment of cancers in Shizuishan City.Methods The incidence data of cancers in Shizuishan City from 2011 to 2015 were collected,and the gender of nalignant tumor,age cancers incidence,age-standardized rates,cumulative rate(0 to 74 years)and the most common cancers were calculated.Trends in incidence was analyzed using annual percentage change(APC).Results The incidence of cancers in Shizuishan City was 198.80/100000 in 2011 to 2015.The age-standardized incidence rate by Chinese standard population was 144.85/100000,and the cumulative incidence rate(0 to 74 years old)was 16.60%.The age-specific incidence rate showed an upward trend with age(P<0.01).It was at a low level in the 0 to 39 age group,and began to increase rapidly after the age of 40 years,and reached the peak in the 80 to 84 years old group.Lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,and breast cancer ranked among the top five in the incidence of cancers in Shizuishan City.The cancer incidence increased by 5.022%from 2011 to 2015 in APC,and the male incidence rate was higher than that of females(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence of cancers in Shizuishan City is lower than the national level from 2011 to 2015.Lung cancer and digestive system cancer and female breast cancer are the main cancers that threaten the health of residents in Shizuishan City.The population over 40 years old is a high-risk group of cancers.Cancer prevention and treatment work is the key point of work in Shizuishan City.
