电针大椎、命门穴对两种兔脊髓损伤的治疗观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察电针大椎、命门穴对兔脊髓损伤后两种表现型瘫痪神经传导的影响。方法用改良ALLEN’S致伤法,造成兔T11、L1脊髓不完全损伤模型,分为A、B和C组。A组:T11损伤组;B组:L1损伤组;C组:空白对照组。对A、B组均采用电针大椎、命门穴,C组只打开椎板不损伤,不予针刺。结果A组和B组治疗后的潜伏期无差别,在损伤后35 min、损伤后第13天,B组峰间波幅值高于A组(P<0.05);A组、B组与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组组内比较,损伤后10 min、损伤后35 min与损伤前10 min比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);损伤后第13天与损伤前10 min比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),损伤第7天和第13天,B组的肌力均优于A组(P均<0.05)。结论电针大椎、命门穴对胸椎、腰椎脊髓损伤引起两种表现型瘫痪均有治疗作用;电针大椎、命门穴对腰椎脊髓损伤弛缓性瘫痪的疗效优于对胸椎脊髓损伤痉挛性瘫痪。 Objective To observe the effects of electroacupuncture at Dazhui(GV14)and Mingmen(GV4)on nerve conduction of two phenotypic paralysis after spinal cord injury in rabbits.Methods The models of incomplete injury of T11 and L1 spinal cord were made by the improved ALLEN'S method,which were divided into A,B and C groups.Group A:T11 spinal cord injury group;group B:L1 spinal cord injury group;group C:Blank control group.Group A and B were treated with electroacupuncture at Dazhui and Mingmen points.Group C was only opened the vertebral lamina without injury and electroacupuncture.Results There was no statistically significant difference in latency between group A and group B after treatment.At 35 min and 13th day after spinal cord injury,the interpeak amplitude of group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between group A,group B and group C(P<0.05).Comparison between group A and group B showed that there was statistically significant difference between 10 min after injury and 35 min after injury and 10 min before injury(P all<0.05).There was no significant difference between 13th day after injury and 10 min before injury(P>0.05).On the 7th and 13th day after injury,the muscle strength of group B was better than that of group A(P all<0.05).Conclusion The electroacupuncture at Dazhui and Mingmen points has positive therapeutic effect on the two kinds of phenotypic paralysis caused by thoracic and lumbar spinal cord injury.The therapeutic effect of flaccid paralysis of lumbar spinal cord injury is better than that of spastic paralysis of thoracic spinal cord injury.
