摘要
浅层水平井所钻遇的油藏埋深一般为500~1500 m,其储层物性好、钻速快,但是由于地质变化原因,在水平井钻进过程中往往会无法钻遇目的油层而被迫更改地质设计,同时钻井过程中井下可能会出现复杂故障等情况,一般常规方法就是注水泥填井重钻,而注水泥填井施工周期长、钻井成本高。因此,在一般的浅层水平井,往往选择悬空侧钻技术来完成地质目标任务,采用悬空侧钻技术可以节省钻井周期和注水泥成本,节省钻井费用。胜利油田郑408–平3井在钻进过程中出现掉牙轮事故,打捞未捕获,而金17–平35井由于水平段轨迹失控,无法满足开采需要,而两口井施工中均采用悬空侧钻技术后,成功解决了井下复杂情况,减少了损失。
The buried depth of shallow horizontal wells is generally 500~1500 m,with good reservoir physical properties and fast drilling rate.However,due to geological changes,in the process of horizontal well drilling,it is often unable to drill into the target oil layer and forced to change the geological design.At the same time,complex faults may occur in the drilling process.The general conventional method is to inject cement to fill the well and re drill,while the construction period of cement to fill the well is long and the drilling cost is high.Therefore,the suspended sidetracking technology is often selected for construction in the general shallow horizontal wells.The use of suspended sidetracking technology can save drilling cycle,cementing cost and drilling cost.In the drilling process of Zheng 408–Ping 3 well in Shengli oilfield,the cone fell out and the fishing was not caught.However,Jin 17–Ping 35 well could not meet the production needs because of the horizontal trajectory out of control.After the suspension sidetracking technology was used in both wells,the downhole complex situation was successfully solved and the loss was reduced.
