摘要
本文选用硝酸加高氯酸的混酸(3+1)对样品进行湿法消解,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定皂角米中Cu、Mn、Zn、Cd、Pb、Co六种微量元素的含量.结果表明:皂角米中的Zn的含量最高,为10.55 ug·g^(-1),其次皂角米中Cu的含量为8.72 ug·g^(-1),Mn的含量为5.00 ug·g^(-1),Pb的含量为4.72 ug·g^(-1),Co的含量为2.22 ug·g^(-1),Cd的含量为1.54 ug·g^(-1).采用标准加入法做结果加标回收实验,结果加标的平均回收率在101.2%~107.5%之间,RSD值在0.6%~3.6%之间,说明测定方法准确可靠.
The mixed acid(3+1)of nitric acid and perchloric acid was used for wet digestion of samples,and the content of Cu,Mn,Zn,Cd,Pb and Co in Gleditsia sinensis rice was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that the content of Zn in saponin rice was the highest,which was 10.55 ug·g^(-1),followed by Cu content of 8.72 ug·g^(-1),Mn content of 5.00 ug·g^(-1),Pb content of 4.72 ug·g^(-1),Co content of 2.22 ug·g^(-1),Cd content of 1.54 ug·g^(-1).The standard addition method was used to carry out the standard addition recovery experiment.The average recovery of standard addition was between 101.2%and 107.5%,and the RSD value was between 0.6%and 3.6%,indicating that the determination method was accurate and reliable.
