摘要
认识实习是工程类专业重要的实践教学环节,然而实习现场环境的噪声对教学影响很大。以建筑陶瓷企业为例,通过现场测量建陶生产线的噪声,分析其对认识实习教学效果的影响,并将语音导览技术应用于认识实习进行对比实验研究。研究结果表明:建筑陶瓷企业生产车间只有料仓陈腐等少部分工序噪声较低指导老师可以正常大声讲解,大部分工序噪声大直接影响了教学效果,使用语音导览实习的实验组学生实习成绩优良率与对照组学生优良率相比有明显提高,且差等率(及格、不及格)降为零。
Cognition practice is an important stage of practical teaching for engineering majors.However,the noise of the field environment has a great influence on teaching quality.Therefore,in this article,taking the architectural ceramic enterprise as an example,on site we measured the noise of the production line of architectural ceramics,analyzed the influence of the noise on the teaching effect of cognition practice and further applied audio guide technology to the cognition practice for a comparative experimental study.The study shows that in the production workshop of the architectural ceramics,only a few processes such as the ceramic powder storage bin were lower,which enabled the instructor to give normal directions loudly.However,the noise in most processes was found to have directly affected the teaching effect of the practice.Furthermore,the study indicates that compared with the students in the control group,the excellent and good rate of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the poor rate(passing and failing)decreased to zero.
