摘要
依据某款纯电动汽车基本指标与参数,对车辆驱动电机、电池组和传动系速比进行参数匹配设计,基于AVL-Cruise软件建立整车仿真模型,验证各参数匹配设计的合理性;利用粒子群算法,以纯电动汽车动力性为优化目标建立数学模型,优化传动比,再将优化后的参数带入Cruise软件进行仿真分析。结果表明:在不影响整车经济性的同时,纯电动汽车百公里加速能力提高6.3%,最大爬坡度提高17.6%。
According to the basic indexes and parameters of a pure electric vehicle,the parameter matching design of the speed ratio of the driving motor,battery pack and transmission system is carried out,and the whole vehicle simulation model is established based on AVL-Cruise software to verify the rationality of the parameter matching design.Using particle swarm optimization,a mathematical model is established to optimize the power performance of pure electric vehicles,and then the optimized parameters are brought into Cruise software for simulation analysis.The results show that,without affecting the economy of the whole vehicle,the acceleration capacity of pure electric vehicles per 100 kilometers is increased by 6.3%,and the maximum climbing degree is increased by 17.6%.
