基于扎根理论的中国重大工程复杂性维度模型构建 被引量:14

摘要 重大工程是典型的复杂系统,通常由技术难度、系统关联性、未知因素存在巨大差异的异质性子工程组成,并且受到国家和地方政策、法律、体制和文化等多种因素影响。基于港珠澳大桥工程、南水北调工程、京沪高铁工程、上海世博会工程、青藏铁路工程等中国重大工程案例,采用基于典型案例的扎根理论全景式质性研究法构建中国重大工程复杂性维度模型。研究结果表明,重大工程复杂性维度包括组织复杂性、任务复杂性、技术复杂性、环境复杂性、制度复杂性和社会复杂性,且各复杂性维度间存在复杂的相互关系,充分体现了重大工程复杂性的内生性、涌现性和外生性特征。本文对发展适合中国重大工程项目情境的复杂性理论具有重要的理论意义与实践意义。 Megaprojects are typically complex systems,composed of heterogeneous subprojects with technical difficulty,system relevance,and unknown factors.Megaprojects are affected by various factors such as national and local policies,laws,systems,and culture.Based on several megaproject cases such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway,the Shanghai World Expo,and the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,this paper adopts grounded theory as a panoramic qualitative research method to establish megaprojects complexity dimensional model.The results show that the complexity of megaprojects includes organizational complexity,task complexity,technical complexity,environmental complexity,institutional complexity,and social complexity.Besides,there are complex interrelationships among various dimensions,which reflects the endogeneity,emergence,and exogeneity of megaprojects complexity.This research has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of complexity theory,which is suitable for the context of megaprojects in China.
