天麻素用于治疗中枢神经系统疾病的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 天麻素是一种分离自天麻植物根茎的酚类糖苷类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、调节神经递质和抑制神经细胞凋亡等作用。随着全球老年化进程不断加剧,中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病如癫痫(EP)、帕金森综合征(PD)、阿尔茨海默病(AD)、脑缺血/再灌注损伤(I/R)等已带来严重的经济和精神负担。国内外大量实验证明天麻素可能是治疗CNS疾病的潜在药物,但是其机制尚不清楚。本文就天麻素治疗EP、PD、AD和I/R的可能机制作一综述,以期为临床医生和研究人员提供新的治疗思路。 Gastrodin is a phenolic glycoside compound derived from the rhizome of Gastrodia plant.It has a variety of effects,including anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory,regulating neurotransmitters,suppressing nerve cell apoptosis and so on.As the global aging process continues to intensify,central nervous system(CNS)diseases,such as epilepsy(EP),Parkinson′s disease(PD),Alzheimer′s disease(AD),cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)injury,have brought serious economic and spiritual burdens.A large number of domestic and foreign experiments have proved that gastrodin may be a potential drug for the treatment of CNS diseases,but its mechanism is still unclear.This article reviewed the possible mechanisms of gastrodin in treating EP,PD,AD and I/R in order to provide new treatment ideas for clinicians and researchers.
