摘要
目的探讨小剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦在心力衰竭患者中的疗效及安全性。方法选择2018年11月至2019年6月我院门诊及住院心力衰竭患者160例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。观察组在常规药物治疗基础上加用小剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦,对照组加用足剂量培哚普利治疗,疗程为6个月,比较两组患者治疗前后症状改善、NT-ProBNP、LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、6MWD、QOLS及副作用。结果两组治疗前一般资料、NT-ProBNP、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF、6MWD、QOLS比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6个月后,观察组治疗有效率高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组的NT-ProBNP、QOLS均低于对照组(P<0.05),两组LVEDD、LVESD与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而LVEF观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),两组高钾血症、低血压、血管性水肿发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干咳的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量沙库巴曲缬沙坦在心力衰竭中疗效显著,副作用小。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of low-dose sacubitri valsartan in patients with heart failure.Methods A total of 160 outpatient and inpatient heat failure patients in our hospital from November 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.The observation group was given low-dose sacubitri valsartan on the basis of conventional drug treatment,while the control group was given full dose perindopril for treatment,with a course of 6 months.Symptom improvement,NT-probNP,LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD,6MWD,QOLS and side effects were compared between the two patients before and after treatment.Results There were on significant differences in general data results,NT-ProBNP,LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF,6 MWDS or QOLS before the treatment(P>0.05).Six months after treatment,the treatment effect rate of the observation group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),while the NT-ProBNP and QOLS in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEDD and LVESD of two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).However,the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the incidences of hyperkalemia,hypotension and angioedema between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of dry cough in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Small dose of sacubitri valsartan is effective in heart failure and has few side effects.
