摘要
目的:观察中西医结合护理在乳头凹陷初产妇母乳喂养的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2020年4月收治乳头凹陷初产妇110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予中西医结合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组产后48h泌乳素水平高于对照组,肾上腺素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理后症状自评表(SCL-90)得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组24h内初次泌乳率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组产后48h内泌乳量多的比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予乳头凹陷初产妇中西医护理的效果明显优于常规护理。
Objective:To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing on breastfeeding of primiparas with nipple depression.Methods:From April 2019 to April 2020,110 cases of primiparas with nipple depression were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The experimental group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The prolactin and epinephrine of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group at 48 h postpartum,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the SCL-90 of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of first lactation within 24 h of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of lactation in the experimental group within 48 h postpartum was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for primiparas with nipple depression is obviously better than that of conventional nursing.
