摘要
目的:探讨在子宫内膜癌术前分期中采用磁共振成像(MRI)对其进行评价的临床价值。方法:2019年1月—2020年1月选取我院30例子宫内膜癌患者为研究对象,均于术前1周内行MRI检查,对比手术病理分期。结果:此次MRI诊断中,共有5例患者检查结果于手术病理分期不相符,其正确率是83.3%。MRI在Ⅱa期、Ⅱb期、Ⅲa期的诊断正确率是84.0%,MRI在深肌层浸润、浅基层浸润的诊断正确率是96.0%,有3例患者病变累及宫颈,1例患者病变累及盆腔淋巴结转移。结论:在子宫内膜癌肿瘤侵犯子宫肌层程度与分期上,MRI具有较高应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer.Methods January 2019-January 2020,cases of endometrial carcinoma were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MRI examination within 1 week before surgery and compared the surgical pathological stages.Results In this MRI diagnosis,there were 5 patients with inconsistent results in surgical and pathological staging,and the accuracy rate was 83.3%.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI in stage Ⅱa,Ⅱb and Ⅲa was 84.0%,and the diagnostic accuracy of MRI in deep muscle layer infiltration and superficial base layer infiltration was 96.0%.There were 3 patients with cervical lesions and 1 patient with pelvic lymph node metastasis.Conclusion MRI has high application value in the degree and stage of myometrium invasion of endometrial carcinoma tumor.
