摘要 【目的】明确两种有机酸钾盐卷烟助剂对卷烟纸热解性能的影响。【方法】通过在卷烟纸上添加不同浓度的两种有机酸钾盐,采用同步热分析、主流烟气检测及感官质量评价,研究其对卷烟纸热解性能的影响。【结果】随着碳酸钾和柠檬酸钾浓度的升高,热失重的起始温度逐渐降低,卷烟纸在升温初期失重速度及失重量的增加与添加浓度基本对应;随着在卷烟纸上柠檬酸钾添加量的增加,抽吸口数逐渐降低,烟碱含量和焦油含量也逐渐减少,添加量为3%时CO的释放量最低,随着添加量的增加又以上升趋势变化。随着在卷烟纸上碳酸钾添加量的增加,抽吸口数先逐渐降低后又以缓慢上升的趋势变化,烟碱含量和焦油含量也呈现下降趋势,在3.5%的添加量时,卷烟纸的烟碱含量最低,卷烟抽吸口数最少;浓度为2.5%时,CO含量最低。【结论】卷烟纸助剂的使用催化了卷烟纸的热裂解进程,导致主流烟气中的焦油和CO含量降低,影响卷烟的感官质量。 【Objective】The study aimed to elucidate the effects of two kinds of organic potassium salt cigarette auxiliaries on the pyrolysis performance of cigarette paper.【Method】By adding two kinds of organic acid potassium salt with different concentrations to cigarette paper,the effects on the pyrolysis performance of cigarette paper were studied by means of simultaneous thermal analysis,mainstream smoke detection and sensory quality evaluation.【Result】With the increase of the concentration of potassium carbonate and potassium citrate,the initial temperature of thermogravimetric loss gradually decreased,and the increase of weight loss rate and weight loss in the initial heating period corresponded basically with the addition concentration.With the addition of potassium citrate in the cigarette paper,the number of smoking ports decreased gradually,and the content of nicotine and tar also decreased gradually.When the addition amount was 3%,the release of CO was the lowest,and then increased with the increase of the addition amount.With the addition of potassium carbonate in cigarette paper increasing,the number of smoking mouthfuls firstly decreased and then increased slowly,and the content of nicotine and tar also showed a decreasing trend.When the addition amount of potassium carbonate in cigarette paper was 3.5%,the content of nicotine in cigarette paper and the number of smoking mouthfuls were the least.When the concentration was 2.5%,the CO content was the lowest.【Conclusion】The use of cigarette paper additives catalyzed the thermal cracking process of cigarette paper,which resulted in the decrease of tar and CO content in mainstream smoke and affected the sensory quality of cigarettes.
