摘要
核电机组实施运行许可证延续(OLE)能够带来良好的社会效益和经济效益,而提升常规岛汽轮机热效率对于实现这种效益至关重要。由于主蒸汽压力对于汽轮机的循环效率具有决定性作用,因此本研究通过比选主蒸汽压力,分析堆机匹配设计对于机组经济性的影响;通过进汽阀门和汽轮机通流的匹配设计,改善机组的调节性能;采用成熟、高效的AIBT技术优化汽轮机通流叶片的设计,最终实现改造机组汽轮机效率的最大化。机组投运后的性能试验表明经济性能卓越,验证了设计思路的正确性。
Operating license extension of nuclear unit has great economic benefits,and improving the thermal efficiency of the steam turbine plays an important role to obtain the benefits.The main steam pressure has a decisive effect on the cycle efficiency,which is selected in the study.The effect on the unit efficiency of synchronization design between the reactor and the turbine is analyzed.Through matching the valve and flow path design,the operation performance is improved.The experienced and high-efficiency AIBT technology is applied to design the turbine blade.In the end,the turbine efficiency in nuclear unit operating license extension is maximized,which is confirmed in the real operation units.
