摘要
该文在系统稳定性分析的基础上设计了双容水箱液位自抗扰控制系统实验。首先通过阶跃响应法对系统进行辨识,然后采用基于幅角原理的双轨迹分析法对系统稳定性进行分析。介绍了双容水箱液位控制系统的工艺流程,设计了液位自抗扰控制方案,并进行了实验验证,将实验结果与传统的PID控制进行比较,最后进行了实验评价。该实验通过液位自抗扰控制实验设计和控制系统稳定性分析,使学生掌握自抗扰控制器应用方法,在获取系统稳定阈的基础上进行控制器参数整定。
The experiment of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)system for a two-capacity water tank is designed based on the stability analysis of the system.Firstly,the system is identified through step response method,and the system stability is analyzed by the dual trajectory analysis method on the basis of the amplitude principle.Then,the process flow of double tank liquid level control system is summarized,and ADRC level control scheme is designed,and compared with PID control.Finally,experimental verification and the experimental evaluation are carried out.Through the experiment design of liquid level auto disturbance rejection control and the stability analysis of control system,the students can master the application method of auto disturbance rejection controller,and adjust the controller parameters on the basis of obtaining the system stability threshold.
