摘要
伴随国际化进程的不断加速,建筑业的快速发展带来管理模式变革以及技术手段的创新,对工程造价咨询行业提出新的需求。结合当前造价咨询高端人才匮乏以及工程造价人才培养现状,本文以北京城市学院工程造价专业的校内实践教学项目为研究对象,从全过程造价咨询对工程造价专业人才的需求出发,以工程造价执业资格能力为导向,以项目为载体,建立“课程群”,将相互关联的课程实践项目整合,形成“课程实践项目群”,进行实践课程体系的优化,进一步搭建全过程造价咨询模式下工程造价实践教学体系。
With the continuous acceleration of internationalization process,the rapid development of the construction industry has brought about changes in management models and innovations in technical means,and put forward new demands on engineering cost consulting industry.Combining the current shortage of high-level talents in cost consulting industry and the current situation of talents training in engineering cost field,this paper takes the on-campus practical teaching project of Engineering Cost major in Beijing City University as the research object,starting from the demand for engineering cost talents in the whole-process cost consulting field,taking the qualification ability of engineering cost practice as the guidance,taking the project as the carrier,and establishing a“course group”.The practice projects of interrelated course are integrated into a system,and the planning and adjustment are made to form the“course practice project group”,thus realizing the optimization of the practical course system.The practical teaching system of Engineering Cost major is further built under the model of whole-process cost consulting.
