摘要
智能运营已然成为大数据时代图书馆发展的必然要求。文章从用户运营、活动运营和内容运营三个方面对构建图书馆智能运营体系进行了研究,并提出搭建数据平台、强化馆员运营素养和注重闭环思维等运营实践要点。
Intelligent operation has become an inevitable requirement for the development of libraries in the era of big data.This paper studies the construction of library intelligent operation system from three aspects of user operation,event operation,and content operation,and puts forward the operation practice points of building data platform,strengthening operational literacy of librarians,and focusing on closed-loop thinking.
