摘要
目的:研究二氧化碳点阵激光(CO_(2)FL)与复方倍他米松封包及308 nm准分子激光联合治疗稳定期白癜风的临床效果及安全性。方法:在笔者所在医院在2019年8月-2020年8月收治的稳定期白癜风患者中,选取出130例患者作为研究对象,通过双盲法将其分为对照组和研究组(各65例),对照组开展308 nm准分子激光治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合CO_(2)FL与复方倍他米松封包治疗,两组患者均治疗3个疗程,观察其治疗后的疗效、不良反应及治疗前后的皮损面积变化,并且比较组间治疗满意率。结果:研究组治疗3个疗程后的总有效率和对照组比较明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗不良反应发生率和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前组间皮损面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组和对照组比较明显更小(P<0.05),同时治疗满意率和对照组比较明显更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于稳定期白癜风患者,以CO_(2)FL与复方倍他米松封包及308 nm准分子激光联合治疗作为其治疗方案可以有效提高治疗效果,且治疗安全性高,有利于提高患者治疗满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of carbon dioxide fractional laser (CO_(2)FL) combined with Compound Betamethasone encapsulation and 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Method:A total of 130 patients with vitiligo at stable stage admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and study group by double-blind method (65 patients each).The control group was assigned to receive 308 nm excimer laser therapy.The study group was arranged to combine CO_(2)FL and compound betamethasone package treatment on the basis of the treatment in the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for three courses of treatment.The curative effect,adverse reactions and changes of skin lesions before and after treatment were observed,and the satisfaction rate of treatment between the two groups was compared.Result:The total curative effect rate of the study group after 3 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of treatment adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the area of skin lesions between the groups before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment,the study group was significantly smaller than the control group (P<0.05).And the treatment satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with vitiligo in stable stage,CO_(2)FL combined with compound betamethasone encapsulation and 308 nm excimer laser therapy can effectively improve the treatment effect,with high safety,and is conducive to improve the satisfaction of patients with treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
