摘要
目的:研究慢性牙髓炎与根尖周炎一次法根管治疗的临床应用效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月笔者所在医院接收的100例慢性牙髓炎及根尖周炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例)和观察组(52例)。对照组实施多次法根管治疗,观察组实施一次法根管治疗。比较两组炎症因子水平、治疗效果、并发症发生情况、治疗满意度。结果:观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次法根管在慢性牙髓炎和根尖周炎患者治疗中的效果与多次法根管相当,但具有治疗次数少、并发症少等优势,且可减轻机体炎症反应,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of single root canal therapy for chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis.Method:A total of 100 patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis admitted in our hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group (48 cases) and the observation group (52 cases) according to random number table method.The control group received multiple root canal therapy,and the observation group received single root canal therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors,treatment effects,complications,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the treatment success rate between the two groups (P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of single root canal in the treatment of patients with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis is equivalent to that of multiple root canal,but it has the advantages of fewer times of treatments and fewer complications,and can reduce the body’s inflammatory response.It has clinical application value.
