摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步和发展,经济发展体系和生产方式也发生了相应的变化。近年来,我国倡导可持续发展理念,特别是在化工企业的安全生产领域。而从化工厂的生产实际情况来看,在一些特定的管理过程中缺乏正确的安全生产管理概念,导致不断发生紧急情况和巨大的经济损失。因此,在化工厂中实现安全生产与环境保护之间的平衡尤为重要。
With the continuous progress and development of science and technology,economic development system and mode of production has also undergone corresponding changes.In recent years,China advocates to adhere to the concept of sustainable development,especially in the f ield of chemical enterprises safety in production.From the actual production situation of chemical plant,the lack of the correct concept of safety production management in some specif ic management process leads to the continuous occurrence of emergencies and huge economic losses.Therefore,how to achieve the balance between safe production and environmental protection in chemical plants is very important.
