摘要
近年来,由于医药市场药品需求变化加快,药品生产企业不得不新建或改造现有生产设施,以适应新技术、新产品对生产设备、设施的要求。医药化工企业,尤其是医药清洁生产设施,由于其特殊的建筑设计形式、布局、结构,导致存在消防安全问题,防爆消防问题更为复杂,大大加剧了消防管理的弊端。其中,部分老厂设计无法满足新时期建筑防火设计要求,存在诸多问题,因为老厂原有的物业结构无法改变,改造必须遵循"三同时"的原则,提出改造施工方案,消除先天性火灾隐患,提高医药化工企业的本质安全性,避免发生安全生产事故对企业造成不良影响。
In recent years,due to the rapid change of drug demand in the pharmaceutical market,pharmaceutical manufacturers have to build or transform existing production facilities to meet the requirements of new technology and new products for production equipment and facilities.Pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises,especially pharmaceutical cleaner production facilities,because of their special architectural design form,layout and structure,lead to f ire safety problems,explosion-proof f ire problems are more complex,greatly aggravating the drawbacks of f ire management.Among them,some of the old factory design cannot meet the requirements of building f ire protection design in the new era,there are many problems,because the original property structure of the old factory cannot be changed,the transformation must follow the principle of“Three Simultaneities”,put forward the transformation construction scheme,eliminate congenital f ire hazards,and improve the intrinsic safety of medical and chemical enterprises,to avoid the adverse impact of safety accidents on enterprises.
