摘要
大跨度空间钢结构的施工中,不同的支撑体系及卸载流程会对原有结构最终受力性能产生影响。静安体育中心项目构架最大跨度为146 m,自重变形大,支撑选点及卸载路径选用将对结构产生不同的影响。施工过程中采用液压千斤顶,配合支撑顶端连系构件切割顺序,进行分批分级多步卸载,确保施工过程中的安全可靠。
In the construction of large-span spatial steel structure,different support systems and unloading processes will affect the ultimate mechanical performance of the original structure.The maximum span of the frame of Shanghai Jing'an sports center is 146m,and the self weight deformation is large.The selection of support points and unloading path will have different effects on the structure.During the construction process,the hydraulic jack is used to cooperate with the cutting sequence of the supporting top to contact the components,and the unloading is carried out in batches,grades and multiple steps,so as to ensure the safety and reliability in the construction process.
