摘要
目的探讨多感觉分散法结合赏识教育对静脉输液学龄期患儿穿刺依从性及穿刺疼痛程度的影响。方法选取2010年10月至2019年10月收治的90例静脉输液学龄期患儿,以随机数字法将其分为对照组(45例,常规护理)和观察组(45例,常规护理+多感觉分散法结合赏识教育)。比较两组的穿刺依从性、穿刺疼痛程度及输液主观感受。结果观察组的穿刺依从优良率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的71.11%(P<0.05)。观察组FLACC量表的面部表情、体位、腿部活动、哭闹及可安慰性评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的舒适性、愉悦性、趣味性及放松性输液主观感受评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉输液学龄期患儿穿刺护理中,采用多感觉分散法结合赏识教育有助于提高患儿穿刺依从性,减轻穿刺疼痛程度,进而改善其输液穿刺过程的主观感受,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effects of multisensory dispersion combined with appreciation education on puncture compliance and puncture pain degree of school-age children with intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 90 school-age children with intravenous infusion admitted from October 2010 to October 2019 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases,conventional nursing)and observation group(45 cases,conventional nursing+multisensory dispersion combined with appreciation education)by random number method.The puncture compliance,puncture pain degree and subjective perception of infusion were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of puncture compliance in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 71.11%in the control group(P<0.05).The facial expression,body position,leg activity,crying and comfortability scores of FLACC scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfort,pleasure,fun and relaxation scores of subjective perception of infusion in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multisensory dispersion combined with appreciation education applied in the puncture nursing of school-age children with intravenous infusion can help improve puncture compliance,reduce the puncture pain degree,and ameliorate the subjective perception of the children's infusion puncture process,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
